We typically respond to inquiries within one business day. For urgent matters related to active projects, existing clients can reach us through the direct contact information provided in their project documentation.
We conduct projects throughout Australia, with primary focus areas in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Tasmania. For projects in Western Australia or Northern Territory, we partner with local ecological consultants who understand regional ecosystems and regulatory requirements.
Travel to remote sites is included in project quotes. Most initial consultations can be conducted remotely using satellite imagery and existing site documentation, followed by in-person site visits as needed.
Initial consultations typically last 45-60 minutes. We discuss your project goals, site characteristics, timeline expectations, and budget parameters. This allows us to recommend appropriate services and provide preliminary cost estimates.
Yes. While many clients are agricultural operations, conservation organizations, or developers, we also work with residential landowners interested in native garden establishment, habitat creation, or bushland restoration on their properties.
Property location, approximate area size, and a brief description of what you're hoping to achieve are helpful. If you have existing site photos, previous assessments, or specific concerns about erosion or weed species, bring those along. But don't worry if you're starting from scratch—we can guide you through what information we'll need.
We can provide technical support for grant applications, including site assessments, project plans, and biodiversity benefit documentation. While we don't write grant applications ourselves, many clients have successfully secured funding using our project plans and supporting documentation.
The first step is a conversation about what you're trying to achieve and whether restoration or assessment services can help you get there. There's no cost for initial consultations, and no obligation to proceed.
Email us at [email protected] with a brief description of your project or property, and we'll schedule a time to talk.
